Job Description
Responsibilities
- Research & establish operating processes for new customer-requested services especially B2B.
- Handle interrelated emergencies notably between WH and Freight (backhaul & linehaul).
- Create horizontal links with Ops to keep operations smooth.
- Conduct fieldwork & capture key project facts when needed.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Team Leader.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree
- Communication and negotiation skills.

- Having adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
