About the position:
As the Staff Accountant Accounts Receivables-Payment Collection you will have broad responsibilities across all functions including exposure to accounting reporting and analysis. This role is for someone who work closely with global accounting team who will assist on managing and collecting payments from customers and other closing tasks.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Paymentcollectionemailsandphonecallremindersdealwithissuesofpaymentcollection.
- Dailybankreconciles monitorARaccountsandbalance.
- The2ndand3rdyearspurchaseordercollectionofmulti-yearpurchaseagreement.
- Internaltasksescalationandworkingcloselywithsalesdepartmentlegaldepartmentandoversea customers.
- Datasupportforaccountingreports and other related tasks.
What you will bring to our team:
- Bachelors degree or higher preferably in Accounting English or Economics.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- 3 years of payment collection experience is preferred.
- Hardworking with high attention to detail.
- Self-motivatedandcanworkunderhighpressure.
- FamiliarwithMSofficeespeciallyExcel.
