At Hansen we enable and empower our customers to deliver essential services through our innovative software solutions. Based out of our Vietnam office as D365 Application Support Analyst your work is vital to the stability efficiency and evolution of our business systems.

By ensuring users can rely on D365 for critical finance and operations processes you directly support smooth daily operations and strategic decision-making across the organization. Your expertise in resolving issues improving system performance and enabling new features helps teams work more efficiently. Youre not just supporting a systemyoure empowering the business to grow adapt and succeed through technology.

What Youll Do

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support for Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Platform applications resolving user issues and service requests.
  • Act as the first point of contact for application incidents and escalate complex issues to technical teams or Microsoft.
  • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to troubleshoot document and resolve system issues and requirements.
  • Assist in system upgrades testing deploying new features and managing security roles and permissions.
  • Conduct end-user training monitor system performance and perform regular health checks.
  • Maintain documentation on business processes configurations issue resolutions and stay updated on D365 features.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Business or related field with 2 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong application support background with proven troubleshooting skills in ERP systems especially D365 F&O.
  • Solid understanding of D365 Finance modules including Project Management Service Management and Subscription Billing.
  • Skilled in problem-solving task prioritization and handling multiple requests in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience using ticketing systems (e.g. Jira Zendesk ServiceNow) and Microsoft tools like Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Proficient in English both written and spoken.
