Job Description
Job Summary
Our Services Team is looking for a Services Engineer Trainee who will be responsible of executing correctivepreventive and predictable maintenance services and troubleshooting assistance over packaging equipment (fillingmachines and distribution equipment) to customers sites. This is an excellent opportunity to increase yourknowledge and gain experience in the mechanics electronics and automation field by performing services at ourclients sites.
You will based in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam and report to Service Delivery Manager.
What you will do
As our trainee you will do on-the-job learning to:
- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance service
- Support packaging line/processing line equipment installation to performance
- Claim handling for packaging material parts and services
- Project participation for specific tasks
- Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all time ensuring good working relationships with customer and Tetra Pak colleagues
We believe you have
- A technical education in Mechanics Electric and Electronic components
- should have spent some years providing installation commissioning and servicing on equipment
- Developed specific competences on mechanics electro technology and skills on automation
- Good command of computer skills.
- Good interpersonal communication and team working skills.
- Good problem solving approach you are methodical and efficient.
- Flexible approach and availability to work in the weekends and overnight if requested. Customer satisfaction isyour key priority
