Job Description
At Kamalion La Casa de las Carcasas we are looking to hire a Country Manager with a strategic mindset and strong results orientation to lead the growth positioning and development of the brand in Poland.
Main challenges of the role:
- Design and implement strategic plans to strengthen the brands presence
- Oversee financial operational and commercial objectives ensuring profitability and regulatory compliance
- Lead and develop high-performing teams fostering the organizational culture
- Manage budgets for sales expenses and profits safeguarding the companys assets
- Contribute to expansion initiatives across Europe
We are looking for candidates with:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive-level general management positions or similar
- University degree or postgraduate studies (in business economics or engineering fields)
- Strong knowledge in operations management retail business KPI analysis and expansion strategy
- Outstanding leadership effective communication innovation and results-oriented skills
- Advanced English and Polish; Spanish is a plus
