Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Brokerage Wealth Management clients financial advisors client service associates and branch management regarding inheritance and legacy transfers.
- Manage the transition of assets for clients during the inheritance process.
- Provide dedicated one-on-one support to clients and beneficiaries ensuring a high level of service empathy and transparency.
- Communicate proactively with clients via phone and email throughout the estate process.
- Process and follow up on client service requests to ensure timely completion.
- Set and manage expectations for clients and beneficiaries in line with internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Deliver world-class customer service to both internal and external clients in all interactions.
- Research and resolve client issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all case interactions and maintain daily case load using internal technology resources and Brokerage systems.
- Apply firm verification policies to prevent identity theft and fraudulent activity.
- Stay current on SEC/Client Compliance and Firm guidelines to ensure risk mitigation and adherence to regulations.
- Collaborate with branches and internal departments supporting paperwork processing in a virtual branch environment.
- Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned.
- (Preferred) Hold Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses.
- (Preferred) Possess a college degree and 3-4 years of financial services experience including knowledge of estates trusts retirement plans account opening and asset distribution.
- Demonstrate strong clerical communication interpersonal organizational and computer skills (including Microsoft Suite).
- Work efficiently in a high-volume fast-paced team-oriented environment.
