We re looking for dedicated Care Assistants (Home Carers) who are passionate about supporting others and want to work in a company that values and invests in its team.
What You ll Be Doing
Every customer is unique and so is every day at Enerst Care. You ll be helping people with:
- Personal care and daily routines
- Administering medication (training provided)
- Mobility and use of equipment (e.g. hoists)
- Preparing meals light household tasks
- Supporting wellbeing and companionship
- Promoting independence and safety
Requirements
We re not necessarily looking for experience we re looking for the right values:
- Compassionate patient and respectful
- A team player who genuinely cares
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- Right to work in the UK
- Good spoken and written English
- Available to work full time

Work Flexibility That Works For You
We know life is busy so we offer part-time and full-time roles with minimum 16-hour contracts and flexible schedules. All we ask is you re able to work some alternate weekends as part of our rota.
