Business Manager / Transaction Manager
Location: Letchworth
Basic Salary: 35000 (Negotiable DOE) OTE: 55000 Company Car

We are seeking either an accomplished Sales Executive ready for the next step up or an experienced Business Manager or Transaction Manager looking for a fresh challenge to support and grow a high-performing automotive sales team.

The Role
You will combine hands-on selling with leadershipdriving your own sales performance while supporting coaching and motivating the sales team.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed new and used vehicle sales targets and KPIs
- Promote accessories service plans and value-added products
- Present and explain finance & insurance packages confidently
- Monitor dealership performance analyse results and implement improvement plans
- Mentor sales executives to achieve their goals
About You
- Proven automotive sales experience (minimum of 2 years)
- Drive and ambition to exceed targets and KPIs
- Full UK driving licence
- Exceptional communication leadership and coaching skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership CRM systems
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Hours
- 43.25 hours per week Monday to Sunday (alternate Sundays)
