The LinkedIn API Program enables customers and partners to maximize their performanceon LinkedIn and is a core part of how we plan toscale LinkedIns Marketing Solutions businessinto the future. We are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to play a key role in supporting this Program globally with a focus on advertiser demand. As a Customer Solutions Engineer you will operate as theconnective tissuebetween LinkedIn Marketers our Partner Platforms and our API ecosystem helping marketers grow and advance their business through partner solutions or direct integrations.
Responsibilities:
Work with sales and partner teams to interpret customer requirements and deliver integrated solutions that will drive end-customer success.
Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic partners; build trust through your deep technical expertise of their platforms and customer needs.
Collaboratewith cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to develop manage and grow partner relationships with a focus on technical aspects ( presentations trainings consultations and best practices).
Be an expert on LinkedIns API capabilities and partner offerings from a technical lens; partner with sales teams to recommend partner solutions and deployor advance successful customer integrations.
Advocate for API improvements with internal product and partner engineering teams that will benefit end-customers; highlight issuestrendsand opportunities for integration enhancements.
Develop integration guides and best practices to accelerate API adoption improve time to-revenue and deliver a great customer experience.
Maintain subject matter expertiseonmarketing technology and API trends.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
3years experienceintroubleshooting technical issuesin a client facingroleand/or technical account management experience.
3 years working withAdTech/marketing technology platforms OR API partner and developer programs.
1 year experience with Marketing Technologies and knowledge of 1st party data collection
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a quantitative major such as Marketing or Engineering
Comfortable in operating with ambiguity and being proactive in finding solutions
Experience in Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting is strongly preferred
Experience working with conversion tracking methodologies (Server to Server integrations container tags conversion tags etc).
Familiarity with development and API technologies such as JavaScript and REST
Proficiencyin online media ad technology marketing technology and API partner and developer programs.
Proven track recordofsolving complex technical problems and providing an excellent experience for customers in the process.
Passionate about partner ecosystems and businesses; you enjoy staying informed about industry advances and new innovations in the space.
Skilled in interacting with sales/partner business leads and technical stakeholders and translating complex customer needs.
Excellent communicator; experience in technical writing.
Outstanding organizational and planning skillsdemonstrated ability to work with complex cross-functional teams and prioritizemultipleprojects simultaneously inarapidly growing and changing environment.
Enthusiastic can-do attitude; enjoy working with customers solving theirproblemsand innovating in a fast-paced environment
