Job Description
We are looking for a Solution Architect for one of our clients in Oman. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and cloud experience with the ability to design and implement scalable secure and efficient IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver end-to-end architectural solutions across cloud and hybrid environments (AWS Azure or Google Cloud)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical architecture
- Provide hands-on guidance in software development systems integration and application deployment
- Ensure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with best practices
- Evaluate existing systems and provide recommendations for improvements or redesign
- Lead the adoption of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration (e.g. Docker Kubernetes)
- Work with RESTful and SOAP APIs for seamless application integrations
- Participate in project planning cost estimation and timeline management
- Support development teams with code reviews technical documentation and architectural oversight
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Java Python C# or JavaScript
- Hands-on expertise in AWS Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MongoDB)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Docker Kubernetes Jenkins
- Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP APIs
- Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage timelines budgets and cross-team collaboration
- 3 5 years of experience in IT Software Engineering or Computer Science
- Fluency in Arabic and English
