Training Needs Assessment:
Identifying specific safety training needs within the organization based on workplace assessments incident reports and regulatory requirements.
Training Delivery:
Conducting safety training sessions workshops and orientations for employees ensuring they understand and can apply safety procedures.
Safety Compliance:
Ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant safety regulations such as those set by NEBOSH IGC.
Promoting Safety Awareness:
Implementing strategies to foster a culture of safety within the workplace including communication campaigns safety campaigns and promoting the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Incident Investigation:
Participating in investigations of workplace accidents and near misses to identify root causes and prevent future incidents.
Program Evaluation:
Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms assessments and performance evaluations.
Staying Updated:
Keeping abreast of new safety regulations best practices and emerging hazards to ensure training content is current and relevant.
