What Youll Be Doing:
Join McDonalds highly regarded UK & Ireland Legal Team as a Legal Assistant supporting the Real Estate Legal Team in a dynamic fast-paced and friendly environment. This is a rare opportunity to work in-house with a team of experienced real estate lawyers contributing to high-impact property transactions and legal operations.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Producing formatting and finalising legal documents and reports
- Managing engrossments and preparing documents for signature
- Conducting Land Registry and other property-related searches
- Liaising with internal Development teams
- Assisting with property transaction procedures including exchange and completion
- Handling administrative tasks such as scanning filing and photocopying
- Managing electronic filing of transaction documents
Qualifications :
What Youll Need:
- Prior experience working in a legal environment with a focus on real estate
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and familiarity with PowerPoint Excel and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong document formatting editing and proofreading skills with the ability to resolve technical formatting issues
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- A proactive collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in real estate
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
