Job Description

What Youll Be Doing:

Join McDonalds highly regarded UK & Ireland Legal Team as a Legal Assistant supporting the Real Estate Legal Team in a dynamic fast-paced and friendly environment. This is a rare opportunity to work in-house with a team of experienced real estate lawyers contributing to high-impact property transactions and legal operations.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Producing formatting and finalising legal documents and reports
  • Managing engrossments and preparing documents for signature
  • Conducting Land Registry and other property-related searches
  • Liaising with internal Development teams
  • Assisting with property transaction procedures including exchange and completion
  • Handling administrative tasks such as scanning filing and photocopying
  • Managing electronic filing of transaction documents

Qualifications :

What Youll Need:

  • Prior experience working in a legal environment with a focus on real estate
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and familiarity with PowerPoint Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong document formatting editing and proofreading skills with the ability to resolve technical formatting issues
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • A proactive collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in real estate
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
