- Training: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (for 2 weeks)
- Regular Schedule: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at a well-known hospitality property in Memphis. This position plays a vital role in keeping the facility safe clean and fully operational for guests and staff. If you have hands-on experience in general maintenance electrical and plumbing work we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical and plumbing systems
- Clean service and troubleshoot HVAC and AC units
- Assist with painting wall repairs and wallpaper installations
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment
- Respond quickly to urgent repair needs to minimize downtime
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience is required (hotel/hospitality experience is a plus)
- Solid understanding of basic plumbing electrical systems and general repairs
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Must be bilingual (English required; Spanish a plus)
- Strong attention to detail communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Requirements Requirements Minimum 2-5 years of experience Additional courses in math, biology, chemistry, and physics would be advantageous. Excellent knowledge of lab safety. Knowledge of computer science and statistics is a plus. Strong analytical, observational, and time management skills. The ability to follow instructions and focus for extended periods. Must be proficient in basic computer knowledge, i.e. Word, Excel, Internet, etc. Must be self-motivated and detail oriented. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
