Role Overview :
The Marketplace Officer will be responsible for building and managing Suplift s supply-side ecosystem of experience providers in Saudi Arabia. This is a foundational role where the officer will directly handle acquisition onboarding quality assurance and performance monitoring of providers with the mandate to establish and grow a dedicated operations team.
Responsibilities :
1. Acquisition & Onboarding
- Drive provider acquisition through social media campaigns events and outreach.
- Manage the provider landing page funnel and guide new providers through registration.
- Deliver onboarding via the Learning Management System (LMS) and support new providers through setup.
2. Quality Assurance
- Verify provider documentation (IDs licenses agreements).
- Ensure safety and legality of experience locations.
- Review and approve experience content (descriptions images pricing).
3. Go-Live Management
- Activate provider accounts and publish listings.
- Ensure providers meet Suplift s go-live quality standards.
- Monitor initial bookings and performance during the first 30 days.
4. Performance Monitoring
- Track provider KPIs: revenue bookings availability customer ratings cancellations.
- Prepare monthly performance reports.
- Recommend corrective actions for underperforming providers and incentives for high performers.
5. Team Development (Future Scope)
- Build and lead a small operations team including Quality Assurance and Customer Support officers.
- Establish internal processes training and best practices.
- Support the hiring of a Marketplace Manager as volume scales.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Leads generated per week.
- Conversion rate from leads to active providers.
- Provider onboarding completion rate.
- Average QA approval time.
- Monthly provider retention rate.
- Customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in marketplace operations supply management or vendor relations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems LMS platforms Excel/Google Sheets.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
