Responsibilities:

-Receiving purchase requisitions for Non-Production Materials purchasing from the requesters from different departments
- Preparing inquiring documents
- Inquiring to suppliers
- Comparing prices and proposing final supplier;
- Ensuring the good quality of purchasing documents and data in related system
- Issue Purchasing order and ensuring PO delivery to Supplier
- Obtaining order confirmation from supplier and storing it in system
- Supporting Sourcing Group to develop suppliers negotiate and conclude contracts
- Managing supplier capacity forecast and planning with key / strategic suppliers to optimize financial and operational performance
- Follow up of Supplier Qualification status
- Supply risk assessments and initiation of adequate supplier evaluation together with Quality Engineering and Logistics.
- Handling complaints with suppliers and forwarding non conformance cost to suppliers
- Arranging the payment to supplier in due time
- Adhering strictly to company policies and regulations (e.g. Code of Conducts internal trade rules etc.)
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Sourcing China

Requirements:

Bachelors degree and above
5 years working experience
Good negotiation skills

English workable
