As a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer youll be at the heart of keeping our state-of-the-art manufacturing operations running smoothly. From preventing downtime to improving facility layouts your work will have a direct impact on the quality safety and delivery of our products.
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:
Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment or facility failures.
Monitor and improve mean time between failure (MTBF) for critical equipment.
Update and optimize facility layouts to accommodate new equipment installations or removals.
Lead mini-projects and preventative maintenance (PM) tasks during off-shift hours as needed.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and upgrades.
Use CMM software to add and track assets and evaluate/improve the preventive maintenance plan.
Design and fabricate brackets tooling and custom solutions to support manufacturing operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing or Civil Engineering or Facilities/Operations Management
Internship Experience
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Entry-level experience with SolidWorks DraftSight and facility layout design.
Preventive maintenance experience

- This position is based in a manufacturing or production environment and may involve exposure to loud noise dust moving machinery or temperature fluctuations.
- The role may require standing for extended periods repetitive motions lifting items up to 50 pounds bending kneeling climbing or using tools and equipment.
- Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn when required.
- Visual and auditory acuity are needed for safe equipment operation and effective communication in a busy workspace.

Pay Range:
$63500.00 - $101700.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range individual pay is determined by various factors including the scope and responsibilities of the role the candidates experience education and skills as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
