Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) is the worlds largest product data network. GDSN makes it possible for any company in any market to share high-quality product information seamlessly. As an eCommerce Operations Coordinator you will be a valuable member of the CELSIUS eCommerce team. Responsibilities will be focused on GDSN publications and content management to maintain a uniform brand appearance on different retailer websites. Please note this role is more related to product data entry rather than eCommerce sales and marketing.
This is a full-time position at CELSIUS HQ in Boca Raton Florida.
Requirements
- Effective writing/editing skills
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products (specifically excel)
- Well organized detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Effective verbal/written communication organization and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Creative positive mindset
Responsibilities:
Digital Shelf Management
- Will be responsible for implementing and supporting GDSN functions to meet retailer data requirements
- Platform audits ensure marketing copy product specs and product images are current
- Manage relationships with electronic catalog partners such as 1 World Sync IX-One Salsify Syndigo etc.
- Assist with data entry enhanced content and digital catalogs
- Follow up on all publication requests and concerns in a timely manner until final resolution is confirmed
- requests will include but are not limited to:
- Communication with Sales and Creative teams for retailer item onboarding
- Troubleshooting publication errors and failed data syndication
- Data entry to satisfy retailer platform/system requirements
- Auditing retailer websites and ensuring content and images are current
Budget & Forecasting
- Communicate platform(s) price changes and/or additional services required for specific retailers
- End of year forecasting for continued platform utilization and additional services required
- Minimal invoice management for data pool partner services

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
