Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the preschool ensuring smooth functioning.
- Lead mentor and supervise a team of teachers and support staff.
- Develop and implement policies in line with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure effective delivery of the preschool curriculum aligning with early childhood education standards.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching methodologies to promote holistic child development.
- Organize workshops and training for staff to enhance teaching skills.
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication meetings and events.
- Address parental concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Promote the preschool s vision and values within the community to drive enrolments.
- Manage budgets resources and inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with state and national regulations for preschools.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress staff performance and centre activities.
- Safety and Well-being:
- Ensure a safe hygienic and child-friendly environment always.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures.
