You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dynamic and style-savvy Store Manager to lead our fashion retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences driving sales performance managing visual merchandising and leading a motivated team. This role requires a passion for fashion strong leadership and a keen eye for trends and customer preferences.
Drive sales to achieve and exceed store targets and KPIs (conversion rate average basket size UPT etc.).
Deliver an exceptional and consistent customer experience aligned with the brand image.
Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and poise.
Recruit train motivate and develop store staff to perform at their best.
Schedule and manage staff rosters to optimize coverage and productivity.
Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
Execute seasonal floor sets promotions and product launches effectively.
Ensure the store is clean organized and reflective of the latest trends.
Monitor stock levels conduct stock takes and ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate with the warehouse and suppliers for new stock and returns.
Minimize stock shrinkage through effective loss prevention strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards.
Manage store opening closing and cash handling procedures.
Analyze sales reports and provide insights and action plans to improve performance.
Bachelor s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
3 years of experience in retail management preferably in fashion/apparel.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent fashion sense and product knowledge.
Proficient in POS systems and basic MS Office tools.
Strong understanding of visual merchandising and customer engagement.
Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
