Relocation Support: This role is based in Bogota Colombia.
Major Accountabilities
- Lead strategic financial planning and ensure alignment across all business units
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes to support long-term growth
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when needed
- Oversee compliance risk management and internal/external audit processes
- Develop and enforce financial procurement and control policies company-wide
- Build and lead high-performing finance teams across the region
- Conduct market analysis to set competitive financial benchmarks and goals
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience leading finance functions in large complex organizations
- Strong strategic decision-making and long-term planning capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage compliance audits and financial controls
- Effective leadership in developing high-performing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Fluency in English and in Spanish with strong business and financial reporting proficiency
- Complete graduation in Economics or a co-related area.
