Meet personal sales targets as established focusing on accounts which are stable in nature within identified markets or geography.
Visit doctors nurses and relevant personnel get to know clinical demands and promote products reasonably and effectively.
Visit clients of equipment division and maintain the smoothness of product supply channel.
ConvatecCollect the information of Convatec products and competitors and report important information to the line manager.
Participate in special projects such as major promotions new product launches and new marketing initiatives.
2 /Study products knowledge and Improve sales skill
Attend internal products seminar to study products knowledge and learn from doctors in their profession realm when visit doctors.
Learn on self-study in spare time on relevant product knowledge.
Practise product presentation skills & role play skills in weekly meeting and improve sales skills through self-study intercommunion & internal sales training.
3/Expenses Management
Plan budget in reason according to sales achievement and expend cost according to budget.
Distribute sales resources in reason.
Reimburse expenses according to company finance policy. 10%
4 /Customer service/education
Organize educational meeting for patients periodically.
Establish patients management system and track patients situation of treatment.
5 /Team cooperation
Communicate with colleagues in daily work.
Implement own task according to the meeting decision; if anything urgent but during meeting or activities cooperate with colleague to resolve.
Be responsible for reporting all the adverse events to Regulatory Affairs Department on the day when you become aware of the event.
6 /Sales reports
/ Submit sales reports on time and ensure accuracy.
Prepare sales presentations contracts and proposals subject to review by supervisor.
Years of relevant work experience
33 years of sales experience in healthcare industry work experience in multinational companies preferred.
Requirement on educational background
College diploma or above. Medicine Nursing and other relevant majors.
