Job Description
Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Agile Coach Software Development Texas State Education Systems)
Location: Remote within the United States
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities:
- Process Consistency Direct develop and evaluate Agile processes used by project teams.
- Deliverable Quality Monitor and measure application quality identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with management product owners and project team members.
- Leadership Manage problems resolve issues and mitigate risks; lead efforts to optimize cycle time reduce wait time and maximize value-added time.
- Vision Articulate a clear technology and application roadmap; coordinate the initiation and planning of projects that align with strategic objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong background in technology project management specifically in software development initiatives.
- Expertise as an Agile coach and leader guiding teams in Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on software development experience to effectively understand technical challenges.
- Proficiency as a Jira Project Administrator for managing Agile workflows and reporting.
- Familiarity with state agency processes policies and compliance standards.
- Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to foster collaboration encourage ownership and promote continuous improvement.
- Strategic mindset with proven ability to align technology initiatives with long-term organizational goals.
