We are looking for a Data Analyst. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights to drive business success. You will be responsible for designing developing and optimizing data solutions that enhance decision-making and efficiency.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and documenting business requirements to develop impactful data solutions.
- Designing and building dashboards reports and analytical tools to support key decision-making.
- Working closely with data engineers data scientists and business stakeholders to drive data initiatives.
- Ensuring data solutions adhere to high standards of performance security and governance.
- Supporting and mentoring junior analysts fostering best practices and skill development.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in data analytics.
- Expertise in Power BI SQL Python and cloud-based data platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring managing projects and overseeing BI initiatives.
- Strong communication skills including fluency in English and the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- A track record of cross-functional collaboration and delivering effective data-driven solutions.
