This role is the engine of our sales team focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities.
Proactively identify research and engage potential B2B clients and key contacts within target industries.

Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting including personalized email campaigns and social media outreach.
Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries from various marketing channels effectively assessing their potential as sales-qualified leads.
Nurture early-stage leads and build relationships with potential customers clearly articulating Camblys value proposition.

Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the B2B Sales team.

Collaborate closely with the Sales teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities and lead information in our CRM system.

Bachelors degree or higher.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English (English is the primary working language).
Junior SDR: 13 years of experience in B2B sales business development or lead generation particularly in SaaS HR Services or E-learning industries.

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data to drive business growth.
A test and learn mindset with a proven ability to innovate experiment and iterate on outreach strategies.
