Job Title: Dining Room Attendant
Pay: $13.00ph tips
Location: Kissimmee FL
FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support to servers and bartenders by acting as a liaison between the culinary staff and front of house service.
- Create an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive efficient and friendly service.
- Assist with serving food and beverages in a timely professional manner garnishing and decorating dishes as needed.
- Monitor tables and bar area to ensure guest satisfaction respond promptly to additional requests and determine when meals are complete.
- Assist servers with pre-busing in between courses.
- Clears and resets tables at conclusion of dining experience.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards.
- Follow all food safety sanitation and company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean professional appearance ensuring the assigned uniform and nametag are worn at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Attend all required meetings and trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to meet business needs.
- Adhere to all company policies safety procedures and brand service standards.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Server assistant food runner bar back and/or busser experience of at least 1 year is required; Private/club operations preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
- English language proficiency is required to perform the essential functions of this position.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Able to stand walk and perform repetitive motions (reaching lifting pushing pulling) for extended periods of time.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays may be required based on hotel needs.
