Reporting to the Sr Director Quality the Manager Product Quality Engineering is responsible for leading a global team of engineers and quality specialists to improve the customer experience through enhanced product quality and reliability. This role drives strategic quality initiatives monitors performance metrics and collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues with a customer-first mindset.
This position is part of the Quality team located in Loveland CO and in Berlin Germany and will be on-site in one of those locations.
In this role a typical day will look like:
Lead a team of global engineers and quality specialists to ensure best quality practices.
Promote a culture of quality excellence by driving customer-focused short- and long-term improvements.
Develop departmental plans and strategies to support business and production goals.
Facilitate global quality-improvement projects and kaizens with cross-functional collaboration.
Provide leadership and coaching focused on problem-solving and resource leverage.
Drive continuous improvement using company tools and methodologies.
Monitor customer quality metrics and drive progress toward quality goals.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelors degree or higher in a technical discipline (Physical Sciences or Engineering).
10 years of experience in development manufacturing or quality environments including leading cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in quality principles and technical tools (e.g. statistical methods Six Sigma DOE).
Advanced computer skills including spreadsheets presentation graphics and statistical tools.
Experience in product design and quality improvement methodologies.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $160000 - $200000 USD per year.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
