Position Overview:

Campbell Hall Episcopal is seeking an experienced enthusiastic and dedicated individual to serve as an Assistant Coach for our high school Boys Volleyball program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the field fostering a positive inclusive team culture and contributing to the overall physical social and emotional well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Assistant Coach (Varsity Program):

• Assist the head coach in all aspects of the high school varsity Boys Volleyball program.
• Assist in planning organizing and conducting practices and games.
• Assist with program operations including equipment management scheduling transportation requests and game preparation.
• Build positive relationships with student-athletes families faculty and the broader school community.
• Uphold CIF and league policies ensuring compliance with eligibility safety and conduct standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior successful coaching experience at the high school club or collegiate level.
• Strong communication organizational and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive rapport with students parents and colleagues.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive supportive and values-based athletic and educational environment.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
• Valid Drivers License

Season Schedule:

• The season will run from February to May.
• The expected weekly commitment for the Assistant Boys Volleyball Coach is approximately10 hours
• Practices are held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on weekdays.
