Job Description
Requirements
- Degree in Civil / Structural / Geotechnical Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in railway or construction works of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
- Solid experience in project management and contract administration
- Good knowledge of tunnelling or geotechnical works in railway environment is an advantage
- Possession of Corporate Membership in Civil / Structural / Geotechnical Engineering and a valid Hong Kong driving licence class 1 and 2 is preferred
Remarks
- Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered
- Required to perform shift duties and work under adverse weather and emergency situations

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical staff to conduct regular inspection at construction sites within the railway protection areas
- Review construction submissions conduct investigation prepare reports and review monitoring results regularly to assess the condition of railway structures / installations as well as arrange rectification works when necessary
