Job Description
1. Install/upgrade equipment at customers locations including equipment with new features unload components inspect for damage assemble align and test.
2. Analyze applicability accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
3. Recommend design changes or substitution of materials when appropriate.
4. Evaluate and diagnose problems and make appropriate repairs. Work with co-workers customer & field support in isolating and solving problems.
5. Handle install/relocation escalation after internal training SR up to 85% for dry machine. 75% SR for handle & CT module of wet machine.
6. Perform administrative and coordination duties including SO Logbook pass-downs work orders field service reports system problem reports and monthly reports.
7. Prepare written technical reports on an independent basis.
1. Bachelor degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience mechanical aptitude and knowledge of pneumatics hydraulics electronics semiconductor processes relevant software and related
2. 13 years working experience in field support equipment related job in clean room semi industry would be a plus
3. Flexibility to travel when needed
4. Can work flexibly overtime working and shift working
5. Should expect to spend more than 50% of the time inside the clean room
6. Sufficient oral and written English level
