The Field Specialist I Inventory & Materials Management is a hands-on role responsible for the receipt storage tracking and shipment of equipment at field office yard(s). This position operates loaders and other heavy machinery to ensure the safe efficient movement and handling of equipment supporting oilfield operations. By maintaining organized and accurate inventory the Field Specialist ensures equipment is readily accessible directly contributing to the safety reliability and efficiency of field operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receives inspects and verifies deliveries of production equipment and materials arriving at the yard.
Organizes labels and tracks inventory using management systems or manual logs.
Safely operates loaders and other heavy equipment to move and stage materials within the yard.
Maintains a clean organized and compliant yard environment in line with company policies and safety regulations.
Prepares equipment and materials for dispatch to field locations documenting all outgoing movements.
Conducts routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Coordinates with field teams logistics and vendors on inventory status delivery schedules and equipment requirements.
Provides accurate inventory counts and records to support audits.
Ensures all yard activities comply with environmental health and safety (EHS) standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Valid drivers license with acceptable MVR.
Ability to obtain heavy equipment certification.
Experience operating loaders (front-end skid steer or similar).
Basic computer proficiency.
Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in inventory equipment handling or logistics within oilfield construction or industrial settings.
Familiarity with production equipment and tubulars.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Ability to stoop stand walk pull carry instruments and climb stairs and ladders for an extended period of time.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
Ability to work overhead for extended periods of time.
Ability to perform fine manipulations with hands and fingers.
Capable of driving distances of 150 miles or more per day during all types of weather conditions.
Ability to one arm carry up to 25lbs. without assistance.
Regular bending crouching pulling and kneeling to check equipment and gauges.
Must be able to exert up to 50lbs. of force occasionally and up to 20lbs. frequently to move or manipulate objects.
Ability to work significant amounts of time as required in completing job responsibilities.
Working environment includes exposure to extremely loud noises in the field hazardous chemicals and hydrocarbons that may be under extreme pressure for which appropriate safety measures are required.
