Located in Spain you will join a dynamic division known for its collaborative and innovative spirit driving detailed sales strategies in a premier environment.

Drive success in inside sales by managing customer relations fostering growth within the customer base and optimizing profitability.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Lead and mentor a successful sales team
- Develop and successfully conduct sales initiatives
- Analyze market trends to drive outstanding outcomes
- Positively represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at all times throughout customer locations

Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferably in Life sciences
Experience
- 5 years of sales experience preferably in the research laboratory industry.
- Prior management experience preferred
- Proficient in English in word and writing
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication and presentation skills and capable of delivering excellent customer service
- Consistent record of leadership in establishing goals and achieving results
- Possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet expectations as needed
- Willing to travel to customer locations if needed
