Job Description
This position will support the overall Agency and Foundation performance through analysis of financial status by collecting monitoring and studying data.
What you will do:
- Produce daily weekly and monthly reports which include key metrics financial results and variance reporting.
- Provide project support to senior management.
- Analyze financial results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
- Month end General Ledger analysis and account reconciliation.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Manages contracts with service providers and referral sources.
- Process contract physician billing and follow up.
- Assist with preparation of the annual budget and forecasting processes.
- Data input for annual surveys and Accounts Payable.
- Assist in annual audit.
- Works as support to the Finance Department.
- Special projects as assigned.
What skills we are looking for:
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Healthcare experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships.

- Ability to work for long periods in front of a computer screen
- Long periods of sitting
Preferred Education & Experience:
- B.S. in Accounting or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare financial planning & analysis or other related field
- Experience with Sage 100 accounting software
Hours: Monday-Friday (8:30am-4:30pm)
