Job Description

Location: Australia (Cremorne or East Perth preferred but open to other locations)

Fixed Term 6 months

Salary - Up to $135000 Inclusive of Super

Defence Base Services is seeking a dynamic and personable Change Manager - Digital Transformation to support the successful deployment of digital solutions across our Base Services Transformation (BST) program. This is a fixed-term opportunity with potential for career progression travel and flexible working arrangementsincluding work-from-home options.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and execute change management plans tailored to varying levels of digital literacy
  • Coordinate and deliver face-to-face engagement sessions across all levels of the organisation
  • Create fit-for-purpose training materials and arrange training sessions.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of change activities
  • Champion a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement
  • Monitor adoption and adjust strategies to maximise impact

What You Bring:

  • A personable relatable approach to stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in change management within digital transformation projects
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR)
  • Ability to influence and build trust across diverse teams
  • Project management and IT literacy (you wont need to use the techjust help others adopt it)
  • Defence industry experience is highly regarded
