Your Role

In this role you will support the Finance Team with a focus onaccounts receivable compliance and financial reporting. Youll work closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients ensuring accuracy efficiency and a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Management
    • Prepare and issue client invoices in line with contractual terms.
    • Monitor outstanding debtor balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
    • Reconcile customer accounts resolve discrepancies and manage third-party billing platforms.
    • Client onboarding and registration
  • Compliance & Audit Support
    • Ensure all transactions comply with internal controls company policies and relevant legislation.
    • Assist with documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Payroll & Timesheet Support
    • Assist payroll team with timesheet verification data entry and reporting.
  • Financial Reporting & Administration
    • Support month-end processes and assist with annual budget preparation.
    • Provide ad hoc reports and general administrative support to the finance team.
    • Liaise with our national branch network to resolve finance queries.
  • Admin support
    • Supporting the Finance team with key reporting requirements
    • Handle finance-related emails and resolve queries promptly for both internal teams and external clients.
    • Provide flexible all-round support across the finance function ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and quick problem-solving when needed.

What Were Looking For

We are seeking aproactive and detail-oriented finance professionalwho enjoys working in a team environment and has a passion for accuracy and efficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a similar finance or accounts role.
  • Strong attention to detail accuracy and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with MYOB Acumatica is highly regarded.
  • A positive team-focused attitude.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
