Job Description
Field Training Officer (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $21 $24 per hour (DOE)
Openings: 2 Positions Available
The Field Training Officer (FTO) plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our security operations by providing hands-on training mentorship and performance evaluations for new hires in the field. This position is comparable to a Sergeant-level role and requires a professional who demonstrates leadership accountability and a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
What Youll Be Doing
- Conduct on-site training for new security officers at client locations.
- Serve as a mentor and role model reinforcing company policies procedures and best practices.
- Perform quality assurance and compliance checks at assigned client sites.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve officer performance.
- Ensure officers are properly equipped and prepared for client-specific duties.
- Report training progress site compliance and officer performance to management.
- Support incident response and assist with on-site investigations as needed.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction with officer performance.
What You Need To Have
- Must provide acceptable I-9 documentation.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position within the security industry (field training sergeant or supervisory role).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Denver Guard Card license (required).
- Valid drivers license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Must be able to be armed firearm training will be provided by the company.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple client sites as required.
- Physical ability to sit stand walk and carry up to 50 lbs in varying weather conditions
$21 - $24 an hour
