Job Description
- Installing repairing and maintaining industrial buildings and machinery
- Reading/interpreting blueprints drawings and sketches
- Possibly fabricating parts and assemblies
- Welding brazing and cutting shielded metal arc gas metal arc oxy-fuel
- General plant maintenance
- Perform department dutiesas needed
- Basic math skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Must be able to work any shift
- No prior plant experience required - Company paid apprenticeship program available
- Must be capable of lifting and handling 50 lbs.
- Will be exposed to seasonal temperature changes
- Manufacturing environment with heat noise dust and vibration
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous mechanical or construction experience a plus
- Welding skills a plus
- Previous millwright apprenticeship program a plus
