Job Summary
Install align and maintain machinery conveyors and production equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs on pumps motors gearboxes and other industrial equipment.
Dismantle reassemble and overhaul machines as needed.
Operate hoisting equipment hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and schematics.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and document all repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures always.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
2 years of experience as a Millwright or in industrial maintenance.
Proficient in reading blueprints and mechanical schematics.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to use hand tools power tools and precision measuring instruments.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying environments (shop plant or field).
Valid drivers license
Ability to pass drug and background screening
Preferred Skills:
Experience with welding rigging and machine alignment.
Knowledge of hydraulics pneumatic and industrial control systems.
Experience in manufacturing processing or heavy industrial environments.
