As a Maintenance Technician you have your EPA certification and 1-3 years of experience in facilities services or multi-family resident satisfaction through giving best in class service and performing basic maintenance of your community.
In return for your hard work - Cortland offers all of our Maintenance Technicians:
Pay: $19-28/hour.
Depending on the position offered regular full-time and part-time team members are eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary or hourly rate.
