Job Description
The Director Learning Excellence plays a critical role on the Immunology Learning Excellence leadership team by leading the Dermatology Learning Excellence team and helping the organization prepare for the launch of an innovative and novel new product. This role will help cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development to drive maximum business impact and increase competitiveness.
The primary responsibility is to lead the launch learning journey for a new commercial organization. The ideal candidate for this role will have a demonstrated track record of launch success while building a high-performance culture. The Director of Learning Excellence will lead new transformational innovation projects aimed at building the most competitive field force in Dermatology.
In addition this individual will support the Senior Director of Learning Excellence by developing best-in-class capabilities focused on market leadership. The Director will coach and develop their team members on adult learning principles facilitation skills and innovative learning solutions while fostering an environment that promotes both short-term achievements and long-term career growth.
Maintaining expert knowledge in technical areas including clinical access & fulfillment and product knowledge sales expertise and the healthcare environment is essential to this role.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$146000 - $251850Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
