Recruitment Assistant - EMEA (Student worker, part-time)

WHAT WILL YOU DO

As recruitment assistant you will work closely with our Recruitment Specialists supporting them in their work to project lead recruitment projects from A-Z across EMEA. Tasks will vary over time and with experience but typical tasks can be recruitment administration sourcing screening interview coordination referral administration candidate care activities and general administration in our systems.

You will be part ofthecentral HR EMEA team delivering services and supporting HR-specialists and managers in 33 countries across EMEA.As a member of the team you will have possibility to gain understanding of different functional fields within HR.

This is a part-time role based at our office in Lund Sweden.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a student currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or a related field with at least one year left in their studies. Previous experience in recruitment or customer-facing roles is considered valuable.

You should be available to work at least two days per week during term time and increase your availability during holiday periods (e.g. Christmas and summer). The position is expected to start as soon as possible but we are flexible for the right candidate.

Skills and Abilities:

• Proactive and service minded.
• Strong relationship builder with the ability to work independently.
• Structured and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages relevant to the EMEA market: Arabic German French and Swedish are an advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to source talent and build candidate pipelines using various tools
• Experience conducting phone screenings of prospective candidates
