Job Description

Fleet Enablement Lead

Glasgow

Were seeking someone to join our Endpoint Security team as a Fleet Enablement Lead and Delivery Manager in Cyber to lead our Agile Fleet optimisation and be a Kanban Delivery Manager for our Endpoint Security Squad.

What youll do in the role:
- Be a Kannan/Scrum expert within our Global Endpoint Security Squads
- Be a Fleet Enablement Lead to work with the Global Fleet Lead on overall Team and Agile optimisation
- Deliver global $MM projects across the firm for Endpoint Security touching 450000 Endpoints - Desktops Laptops Servers Phones
- Focus on Continuous Improvement activities delivered though data driven Agile metrics to measure improvements
- Build Management Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement
- Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and excellence across the Team
- Identify and resolve critical program risks and issue D Part 2: Scope of Role What youll bring pre-set content based on tier framework role-specific bullets

What youll bring to the role:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in Technology Infrastructure or Cybersecurity related global projects
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management abilities.
- Extensive knowledge with Agile Jira and other project management and strategic planning tools.
- At least 10 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
