Modelo de trabalho: Presencial.
Responsabilidades:
Cuidar das normas e diretrizes da empresa mantendo o seu patrimnio e cuidando da segurana;
Administrar as finanas de implementaes de projetos;
Desenvolver projetos voltados a reduo de consumo de tintas solventes e resduos;
Desenvolver novos fornecedores;
Administrar e acompanhar servios contratados;
Buscar melhorias de performance e qualidade do Processo de Pintura nas reas de pr-tratamento tinta elpo aplicao de Primer Base e Verniz;
Coordenar aes de Problem solving de qualidade e controle de processo de Pintura
Auxiliar na implementao de novas ferramentas de processo;
Acompanhar as instalaes rearranjos try-out das mquinas e equipamentos novos produtos;
Liderar e acompanhar desempenho da equipe de tcnicos de controle de processos
Aplicao de GDHS;
Dar suporte tcnico s reas produtivas;
Domnio nas ferramentas de procedimentos de especificaes e instrues locais e globais;
Atualizaes de documentos tcnicos (FMEAs GMWs IESs PQRSs etc).
Requisitos mandatrios:
Superior completo em Engenharia Qumica;
Conhecimento em processos de Pintura Automotiva;
Conhecimento intermedirio em Power BI;
Conhecimento em GMS;
Disponibilidade para atuar em diferentes turnos e aos fins de semana;
Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente emSo Jos dos Campos.
Requisitos desejveis:
Ingls Avanado;
Possuir experincia anterior com liderana ou coordenao de times de Manufatura ser um diferencial.
