About the Company:

Our client is a family-owned and operated business founded by Allied Health Professionals who shared a passion for helping people with disabilities to reach their highest doing so our client promotes positive differences which improve their clients independence and quality of life. Our client works across a range of different settings (homes community schools in-clinic telehealth) to closely support clients with their day-to-day functioning and capabilities.

About the Role:

As a result of the significant demand for occupational therapy services within Canberra my client is looking for Speech Pathologistswho are motivated to make a difference inpeoples lives. You will work in a mobile capacity to support clients in achieving their goals. You will attend team meetings and regular professional development sessions in a hub located in Griffithto further develop your clinical capabilities.

Summary ofDuties:

  • Provide client-driven evidence-based therapy services to clients across a range of settings telehealth mobile and in-clinic based services.
  • Organise client activities to help achieve client goals.
  • Ability to work alongside other allied health professionals to aid in treatment planning monitoring and achieving patient goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Write support letters and NDIS reports.

Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification inSpeech Pathology
  • SPA Registration
  • National police check WWCC and a drivers license isessential
