Job Description
Responsibilities
Peraton seeks a Cyberspace Operations Action Officer to support Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER)s Technical Warfare Center (TWC) Office of Personal Responsibility (OPR) Executive Agent (EA) Cyber Training Ranges (CyTR). Location: Fort Meade MD.
Tasks include not limited to:
- Develop coordinate integrate plans to Synchronize Activities across the designated Cyber Training Ranges and establish appropriate training infrastructure architectures and standards to support the EA for CyTR and DoD Cyber Workforce Training Readiness Requirements in accordance with the DoDD 5101-19E
- Examine and evaluate cyber surveillance technologies for potential threat detection applications in CCMD theaters of operation. These technologies shall enhance situational awareness and enable the networking of disparate systems.
- Support the OPR to the DoD Executive Agent for the Cyber Training Ranges operational requirements; support daily operations; synchronize with Service Cyber Components Joint Staff and OSD; and support training events.
- In collaboration with the OPR EA CyTR Enterprise Architect and DoD EA for Cyber Test Ranges establish the architectures for the designated cyber training ranges.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
- Requires experience conducting research and reporting on the latest risk on new and emerging cyber technologies.
- Must have experience scheduling technical projects monitoring progress analyzing changes and problem solving.
- Must have experience responding to cyber threats and emergency security incidents in a timely manner.
- Must have familiarity with Cyber Warfare techniques methods and processes.
- Must have knowledge regarding detecting monitoring analyzing and mitigating cyber threats.
- Requires familiarity with cybersecurity regulations and conformance requirements in DoD
- Requires TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Polygraph and MEAD clearance
- U.S Citizenship Required
