Project Overview
Opinov8 is partnering with a leading commercial real estate advisory and service provider that supports large institutional investors global corporations and property owners across multiple sectors including retail office multifamily industrial student housing and hospitality. Their mission is to simplify and optimize real estate transactions through innovative data-driven solutions.
Your role
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join the clients technical team in Portugal and contribute to the enhancement and expansion of their Property Intelligence platform which supports operations across the UK France (FR) and Germany (DE). In this hands-on role you will be embedded in a cross-functional international team delivering features and improvements that align with the evolving needs of the European real estate market. Youll work with a modern tech stack including Microsoft Core and Angular to build robust secure and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new features and enhancements for the Property Intelligence platform based on user and market requirements in the UK France (FR) and Germany (DE).
- Collaborate with product managers UX designers and other engineers to implement solutions that ensure an excellent user experience including designing the UI of the application.
- Leverage Microsoft Azure services for scalable secure and efficient application deployment.
- Design and develop API services Core integrating them with Angular front-end components.
- Participate in code reviews testing and documentation to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Optimize system performance security and reliability ensuring compliance with EU standards.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies backlog refinement and cross-border project delivery.
Skills Required
- 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud services including Synapse Blob Storage Azure SQL Azure Functions ADF AD and Logic Apps.
- Proficiency Core for API and server-side development.
- Strong experience with Angular for modern responsive front-end applications.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
- Experience designing and maintaining both SQL and NoSQL databases (legacy and cloud) data migration and integrating with various internal and external data sources.
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports (.NET reporting) Mapper Wilson LINQ Forms is beneficial.
- Experience with agile software development and working with distributed teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills technical documentation and communication abilities.
- Exposure to the real estate industry or property data platforms is a plus.
- Experience working on EU-focused applications or digital products with compliance/regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of UX/UI best practices for data-intensive applications.
- Experience using AI tools daily to enhance productivity is a must.

Working with us
Through our nearshore delivery model we are building a dedicated engineering team that will operate as an integral part of the clients internal product organization. This is a long-term full-time B2B contract engagement with Opinov8 (a UK-registered company) where you will be fully embedded in the clients team participating in their daily workflows sprint planning and decision-making processes just like an in-house team member.
