Your Next Challenge:
The Key Accounts Executive role is responsible for maintaining and growing revenue through the existing client base. The Key Accounts role is the day-to-day contact for key assigned accounts and is responsible for generating revenue by developing custom solutions with Getty Images products and services. This sales role must be comfortable with aggressive sales targets and account opportunity development thus creating future revenue within their existing client bases. This role develops a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors and maintains a strong long-lasting customer relationship.
Manages a portfolio primarily consisting of advertising agencies creative production companies and video production firms building broad relationships across client contacts and responding to daily purchases and inquiries.
Grows existing assigned accounts by understanding their business needs and issues and devising effective sales strategies to identify larger opportunities and make recommendations to drive increased account activity throughphone online meetings email and chat.
Manages the full renewal process for annual subscription contracts from contract and customer performance review through negotiations to closure.
Engages with customers to create opportunities deepening relationships through customer-facing closing activities.
Encourages and educates customers to self-serve appropriately.
Coordinates the involvement of internal personnel including support service managementand marketingresources to reach objectives troubleshoot issues and meet customers expectations.
Fosters internal relationships with cross-functional partners in all departments.
Enters accurate customer and sales data into CRM and related systems.
Participates in frequent customer meetings and actively engages in sales coaching sessions with managers demonstrating a strong commitment to improving sales skills.

What Youll Need:
Solid 3 years of direct Sales and Account Management experience within a fast-paced organization.
Strong relationship building skills & experience of developing accounts to maximize revenue.
Demonstrated success in building new business revenue within existing accounts.
Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience of selling multiple products in one solution.
Demonstrated closing and forecasting skills.
Travels to onsite client meetings
Proficient knowledge of all MS Office tools.
Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM platform
Fluent in Japanese and English proficiency (There is almost no need to use it externally. However there are opportunities to use it internally for reading and listening during meetings training sessions and internal documents. A minimum ability to communicate via email or chat with overseas counterparts is required.)
