Job Responsibilities
- Spearhead the planning definition and execution of product features and enhancements aligned with key product initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering marketing finance operations and external partners to implement high-impact features.
- Lead research effortsboth user-focused and business-drivento identify challenges and iterate on effective scalable solutions.
- Monitor market dynamics customer behaviour product performance and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Prioritize initiatives based on potential business outcomes and customer value.
- Evaluate product improvements through measurable outcomes and refine features as needed to drive continuous value.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree from a leading local or international university with a GPA of 3.50 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Educational background in Computer Science Informatics or Engineering (IT) is preferred; an MBA is an added advantage
- Demonstrates a proactive growth-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to learning and self-improvement
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Product Management; open to recent graduates with strong internship credentials
- Deep interest in data-informed product development and leveraging technology for meaningful impact
- Strong analytical capability complemented by a keen understanding of user behaviour
- Highly driven and persuasive with the ability to mobilize teams and stakeholders effectively
- Prior experience managing on-premise software tenders is required
- Product Owner certification is considered a plus
- Excellent communication skillsboth written and spokenin English and Bahasa Indonesia
