What youll be doing

• Maintain accurate records of accredited courses and key contacts ensuring all information is current.
• Collaborate with awarding bodies and training units to manage qualification changes and maintain accreditation continuity.
• Support verification processes including preparation for internal and external quality assurance activities.
• Analyse verification reports to identify trends and provide insights into accreditation quality.
• Drive continuous improvement identifying areas for enhancement and supporting strategy development.
• Monitor payments and outcomes ensuring alignment between awarding body fees student numbers and results.

What were looking for

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

• Assessor Award Qualifications ( TAQA) D32/D33 A1/2 or equivalent experience
• Good IT skills MS Office
• Excellent communicator
• Experience with working with Awarding Organisations and Quality assurance and control

Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications

• Level 2/GCCSE qualifications in English and maths
• Level 4 or above in teaching

About Selborne

Selborne is a wide scale 12 year transformation of Royal Navy Training. The contract worth GBP 1 billion was awarded in December 2020 to a consortium led by Capita to deliver and modernise training for the RN. The consortia of partners known as Team Fisher includes Raytheon UK Fujitsu and University of Lincoln together with 14 other UK-based suppliers.
