Service Manager / Plate Heat Exchanger Manager / / Plate Heat Exchanger Supervisor required to join a global engineering services provider in Aberdeen. The Service Manager will lead and supervise a team of technicians ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintenance of plate heat exchangers customers sites.
The Plate Heat Exchanger Manager will ideally have experienced in plate heat exchanger servicing maintenance and repair with proven supervisory experience. Experience managing a team of technicians would be highly advantageous.
This is an office-based role in Aberdeen the successful Lead PHE Technician must live in a commutable distance to Aberdeen there may be some occasional offshore visits.

Service Manager / Plate Heat Exchanger Manager Role:
- Lead and supervise a team of PHE technicians ensuring their performance meets company standards and customer expectations
- Oversee disassembly inspection cleaning and reassembly of plate heat exchangers
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure correct gasket replacement plate inspection and pressure testing
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with PHEs in workshop and onsite environments
- Coordinate jobs schedules manpower tools and materials
- Provide training mentorship and performance feedback to technicians.
Service Manager / Plate Heat Exchanger Manager Requirements:
- Experience as a Service Manager Lead Technician Service Manager Senior Engineer Engineering Manager
- Minimum 5-8 years experience with plate heat exchangers including supervisory roles
- Strong understanding of different types of PHEs (gasketed brazed welded shell & tube preferred)
- Proficiency with tools and machinery related to PHE servicing
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
- Proven management experience including supervisory roles
- Commutable to Aberdeen
