Financial Analyst
Department: Finance
Reports to: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Employment Type: Full-time Exempt

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather consolidate and analyze operating and financial results and data.
- Prepare reporting deliverables analyzing trends & drivers and explaining forecast vs. actual variances.
- Assist in managing the Companys budget and forecast model.
- Support the calculation of monthly revenue by analyzing historical collection and volume data and report on revenue / collections by customer account type sales rep. etc.
- Support the calculation of sales commissions and compensation.
- Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve and innovate the Companys KPI reporting.
- Lead and support ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required.
- Serve as a key liaison and partner between Finance and other departments.
- Work with the FP&A manager and team to find efficiencies in current processes and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting business or life sciences.
- Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role.
- Laboratory diagnostic or healthcare experience preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) preferred.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
